How is shipping and handling calculated?

-Shipping is free on all orders over $100 within the United States and a flat charge of $5 for any orders under $100.  

Where do you ship and where do you ship from?

-We are a US based company and everything ships right from our warehouse in good ole New Jersey!  No need to worry about waiting 3 weeks for your order to arrive like other small athletic wear companies. We pride ourselves on our fast ship times. Right now we only ship within the US.  Orders shipped within the US usually take around 2-5 days to receive, but may vary depending on location, holidays, and USPS transit times.

How long will it take to receive my order?

-Processing time is 24 hours (business days) and orders will ship after processing.  We ship via USPS first class or USPS Priority Mail and shipping usually takes about 2-5 business days depending on your location.  For more detailed information, please refer to our shipping policy.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

-We offer Route Package Protection.  Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. Add Route to your cart at checkout to enable protection. Visit routeapp.io to learn more.


My item never arrived, what do I do?

-We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped.  Please double check the shipping address you provided us with what is on your tracking information.  If you still cannot locate the item, please email us at info@gymvixenactivewear.com

What is your return policy? 

-We allow up to 30 days to return items that have been unworn, unused, and still in original packaging with retail tags attached.  All sale items and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Return shipping is to be paid for by the buyer.  For more in depth information please refer to our return policy.  For any further questions, please email info@gymvixenactivewear.com

My item was damaged when I received it, what do I do?

-Please email info@gymvixenactivewear.com within 3 days of receiving your item and attach a picture in the email and we will get back to you asap to rectify the situation.

I need to cancel my order, what do I do?

-Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped.  Please contact us right away at info@gymvixenactivewear.com if you need to cancel an order.
